Partnerships
The MindMate Champions Programme and MindMate Lessons were created in partnership with many people and organisations making them an effective, rich and varied resource for schools, settings and Children’s Centres.
Leeds CCGs
Both projects were commissioned by NHS Leeds CCGs partnerships to improve provision and teaching of social, emotional and mental health in schools and Children’s Centres as part of the Future in Mind Leeds strategy Priority 2: Work with young people, families and schools to build knowledge and skills in emotional resilience and to support self-help.
Future in Mind Leeds
Health and Wellbeing Service
The Health and Wellbeing Service jointly created the structure of the Champions programme including the SEMH School Health Check. They co deliver the MindMate Champions Programme with Northpoint Wellbeing.
They were also commissioned to create the MindMate Lessons.

Northpoint Wellbeing
Northpoint Wellbeing were commissioned to support the delivery of the Champions Programme. They also ensured a focus on evidence based approaches throughout the lessons as well as writing specific guides e.g. anxiety.

MindMate Lessons Focus Modules
The MarketPlace
The Market Place is a drop in centre in Leeds providing a range of services including counselling. Using their knowledge and experience they are writing a focus module with BattleScars charity on the topic of self harm for us to support groups of pupils.

Space 2
Space2 promote arts projects as part of the solution in some of Leeds’ most challenged neighbourhoods and to address entrenched issues for communities and cities.
They have written an anti stigma focus module for us to help unpick misunderstanding about mental health and promote good conversations.

Oblong
Oblong is a Leeds based community development charity whose purpose is to help people and communities flourish.
Writers of MindMate Families, they are writing a version to be used in parents’ sessions run by school staff.

Child Bereavement UK
Child Bereavement UK supports families and educates professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement.
We couldn’t do better than their Elephant’s Tea Party as a Focus Module so they are kindly letting us use it.
